First of all we want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who performed, judged and supported us throughout 2009, we are here because of your efforts and massive support! 2010 is going to be an extraordinary year for us here at Monologueslam, we have some great plans for the coming year!!

The first bit of great news this year is that we have now officially moved!!! Yes, monologueslam is now part of the program at Rich mix (http://www.richmix.org.uk/aandc_theatre.htm), London's foremost up-and-coming cross-arts centre located in the vibrant area of Shoreditch/East London!!!

After the success of last year, it was important to continue where we left off – continued growth. As a result the decision to be based at Rich Mix was an easy one to make for us. We have similar strategies and with our focus being on up and coming talent it was important to partner with a venue that shared our sentiments.

What does this mean for you? It simply means monologueslam will be bigger, better and will continue to offer up and coming as well as established acting talent a “home” to come and share your talent, hone and develop your talent and most of all be entertained – and it is still free for performers!!!! We will continue to bring the industry to you!!!!!

We certainly look forward to seeing you all this year at some if not all the events!!!
